Common questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Make sure the new device is signed into the same Google Play or App Store account you used to buy Pro, then open Glint → Settings → Restore purchases. Your entitlement is validated through the store and re-applied automatically.

How do I delete all my data?

Your data lives only on your device. Uninstalling Glint removes it. On Android you can also use Settings → Apps → Glint → Storage → Clear data. There is no server copy to delete — we never store your data.

How do I manage or delete my Google Drive backup?

Turn off cloud backup in Glint Settings to stop new uploads, and use Sign out to revoke Glint’s access immediately. To delete the backup file itself, open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Glint → Delete hidden app data. On iOS, deleting Glint removes its iCloud AppData container.

What can Glint see in my Google Drive?

Only its own hidden backup file. Glint uses the drive.appdata scope, which is limited to an app-private folder. It cannot see, read, or change any of your normal Drive files.
